DEVILS ROCK

The Devil‘s Rock is a famous rock formation in the wine growing region Pfalz. The story tells that the red eyed Devil was looking for a place to rest. Cold-hearted and full of hatred, he quarried three rocks off the mountain and built his own table. Since then, no human being should linger close to the Devil‘s Rock at midnight. Devil’s Rock Riesling is a refreshing, modern style of Riesling with flavors of zesty lemon and ripe peach. A mouthful of rich, ripe fruit it is velvety and tantalizing. Devil’s Rock Riesling grapes are grown in premium vineyards in Germany’s mild Palatinate region – also home of the famous geological landmark known as Devil’s Rock.
